The Livingston Steel fabrication plant is situated on 6 acres of land in Summerside PEI. It's a modern, 15,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a fully equipped machine shop and a variety of well-maintained equipment for plate rolling, shearing, painting and more. Here's what we're working with:

Piranha 140-Ton Iron Worker

• A punch capacity of 140 tons, plate and angle shear

Heavy Metal Shear

• A 10 ft. capacity, 1/2" plate and up to 1" thick in shorter lengths

Press Brake

• 250-ton capacity, 12 foot for 3/8

Wheelabrator

• 104 foot roller in/out feed which can blast the rust from beams and prepare beams for painting

Beam Cambering Machine

• Camber beams up to 40 feet long

Paint Booth

• 60 foot long downdraft paint booth with airless paint spray system
